Departure:
Check out time is at 11:00 am. Please kindly settle your bill in advance, night before departure, to ensure smooth processing. Late check out, due to COVID 19, strictly up on availability. Please register at reception at least 2 days before departure. Charge in case of availability 30€ until 16:00, 60€ until 18:00 and 100€ until midnight.
Gym:
Free use during spa opening hours for adults with suitable footwear / clothing. Use at own risk. Reservation required.
Internet Access:
Free Wi-Fi access both in public areas and in rooms. The use of PCs at Reception internet corner is also free. Business Wi-Fi connection is available at an extra cost. Please contact reception (1 day 10€ – 3 days 20€ – 7 days 30€).
KEY CARD INFORMATION:
Upon arrival we issue one card per each room, which works as a room key, as well as a credit card. At check-in the following information will be entered on your card: name, date of stay, room number, board type (e.g. All-Inclusive, Half-Board, Bed & Breakfast). Please carry your card with you at any time for identification purposes throughout the hotel, i.e. for ordering food and drinks. Additional cards can be issued, also cards for any children or teenager within your group can be issued, with restrictions (e.g. no alcoholic drinks, limited expenses). Each card is unique and works only for the guest it is issued to. Cards expire 10:00am on day of check-out and should be returned to the Reception. You can check and balance your account any time during your stay. If you lose your card please inform the Reception immediately, to avoid abuse. Replacement charge applies.

Mini fridge:
Complimentary daily refilling with bottle water, refills to be ordered as per room service menu pricelist, coffee and tea will be replaced complimentary on a daily basis.

The nearest pharmacy is located in Sissi village, 500m away from the Hotel. For opening hours please contact Reception/ Holiday Concierge.

Pool towels:
Towels will be delivered at your room. Please be aware that we have a NO RESERVATION POLICY for our sun-beds. If you leave your belongings unattended on a sun-bed for more than one hour, they will be removed.
Power and water:
When you leave the room and take your card with you, power switches off, after a few minutes.
A/C works with motion sensor and turns off after 30 minutes if no motion is detected. Towels and linen are replaced every second day in order to manage water and detergent abuse. We kindly ask you not to leave lights on and water taps or showers running if it doesn’t serve any purpose for your own comfort. For anything else you might need (e.g. fresh towels everyday) you can contact reception and we will be happy to meet your request.
Recycling:
You can find recycling bins throughout the premises of the hotel. Feel free to use them for recycling glass, plastic or paper.
Safe Deposit Boxes
All rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes, available for free. Please contact Reception for key. The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of valuables.

When leaving the room always ensure that the door has been locked.
If somebody knocks on your door, check on the identity of the caller before unlocking the door.
Keep balcony doors locked & windows closed if your room is unattended and/or when sleeping.
Please ensure that you have not left any valuables in a parked vehicle.
Do not leave handbags, laptops or wallets unattended in any of the hotel’s public areas.
Silence
Please be quiet in corridors & communal areas after 23.00, so as to respect other guests.

Spa offers a full range of treatments to relax, restore & enhance your body.
Reservations can be made by visiting or calling the Spa Center (dial 850) or through Reception.
Swimming Pool
All pools are available for your enjoyment daily between 8.00 – 19.00hrs. Outside these hours the pools are being cleaned with special chemicals, & must not be used.

Water
Tap water is drinkable. As there is a water shortage on the island please help by not wasting it.

If you need help to evacuate the building, or you have any disability, please inform Reception Desk at time of check-in & immediately on hearing the evacuation alarm.

Once you reach your room, study the evacuation information provided by the hotel. Building plans showing the evacuation routes are placed on the back of each guest room door. Familiarize yourself with the evacuation routes; count how many doors you are away from the exits so that you can be guided in case of smoke. Make sure you know where the nearest break glass alarm point is.

Make sure you familiarize yourself with the pool layout & depth markings
No diving in the pool
Do not run around the pool, as tiles may get slippery when wet
Do not swim if you have been drinking alcohol
Do not swim for at least 1 hour after eating
Never ‘play’ in or around the pool as this could be dangerous to both yourself & other people, especially children.
